These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the TinChanted Home website, operated by TinChanted Home ("TinChanted", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms apply to purchases made by consumers. If you are purchasing products for commercial resale or business purposes, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Products
We make every effort to display our products, colours, patterns and materials as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and settings.
Our products are made using natural materials and traditional hand-block printing techniques. As a result, minor variations in print, colour, texture or placement may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product descriptions, specifications and availability may be updated from time to time. We aim to ensure that all information on our website is accurate.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning products that do not conform to the agreement or do not meet the reasonable expectations applicable to them.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on our website at the time you place your order.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or information errors. If an obvious error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You may then choose whether to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for example because a product is unexpectedly unavailable or there has been an obvious error in the product information or price, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any payment already made for the affected order.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
Once an order has been accepted and processed, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered through our website.
We may use third-party payment service providers to process payments. Your payment details may be processed by those providers in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy policies.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the countries and locations shown as available during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are displayed on our website or provided with your order. Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the agreed delivery period. If no specific delivery period has been agreed, applicable statutory delivery periods apply.
If an order is delayed, we will provide reasonable information where appropriate.
The risk of loss or damage to the product remains with TinChanted until the product has been delivered to you or to a person designated by you to receive the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Right of Withdrawal
When you purchase a product online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.
The product should be returned in its original condition as far as reasonably possible. You may handle and inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical shop.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
We will refund the amount paid for the returned product and, where the entire order is returned, the standard delivery charge originally paid by you.
We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification, but may wait until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
8. TinChanted 21-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, TinChanted offers a 21-day return period for eligible products.
This means that you may return an eligible product within 21 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions of our Return Policy.
For returns made under our voluntary 21-day return policy, TinChanted will provide and pay for the return shipping label.
The statutory right of withdrawal described in Section 7 remains fully applicable and is not restricted by this additional 21-day return policy.

9. Products That Are Damaged or Do Not Conform
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not conform to what you reasonably expected based on the agreement, please contact us at info@tinchantedhome.nl as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
These statutory rights are separate from our voluntary return policy and remain applicable after the 21-day return period where required by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the TinChanted Home website, including our brand name, logo, photographs, product images, illustrations, designs, text, graphics and other materials, belongs to TinChanted Home or is used with permission.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
11. Customer Reviews and Feedback
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment or other feedback to us, you grant TinChanted Home a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for purposes connected with our business, including displaying customer reviews and promoting our products.
You remain responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of another person.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, serious disruptions to transport networks, strikes, government measures, major technical failures or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
If such an event affects your order, we will inform you where reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.
